Norman S. Osner
Norman S. Osner, 51, of Dillsburg, PA, and formerly of New Cumberland, died
Thursday, March 9, 2006. He was the beloved husband of Sandy Osner, and the
father of Olivia and Gabriel; and is survived by a step son, Robert Blankenship,
and a granddaughter, Hailey Blankenship. Norman was the son of Norma J. and the
late C. Welch Osner of New Cumberland; brother of Deborah L. Shenck of
Mechanicsburg; and is also survived by 2 nephews and a niece. He was a graduate
of Cedar Cliff High School, Class of 1973, and a SAL member of American Legion
Post #143, New Cumberland, PA. Memorial services will be held Saturday, March
18, 2006 at 2 p.m. in the Stone & Murray Funeral Home, New Cumberland, PA, with
Pastor Lloyd B. Noaker, Jr. officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family
requests that friends bring their photos and stories of "Stormin Norman", to
share with others.
